Your experience with the class was never placed into question, nor even stated. But you're not making a valid argument. "its flaws especially against bosses that spam teleport and charge" You mean they're not as effective against them and you need to change the playstyle? Yeah, Corkus' Desperate Metal Mech's have that constant leap that makes it hard to aim. Cowfusion's Minotaur does the same thing. There are plenty of bosses above level 50-60 that leap or teleport around making it difficult. But that's not a "flaw". I'm sure you could tell me plenty of bosses the other classes happen to struggle with via their abilities that others might not. Secondly, if you couldn't hit it with Ice Snake, then why even add the same thing with Meteor, much less provide that as evidence? If it doesn't uphold your point, I don't understand the purpose of mentioning it.

But again, you're making zero points. "The changes to meteor I'm proposing can ONLY be a buff." Literally, how did you come to this conclusion after talking about your experience with the class and how you missed yet still claim it was proper aiming. That's literally a non-sequitor fallacy.

It's not a buff, because in order to use it, you need to stand in the same area. You are limiting their ability. "Mind control for ice snake is the same as it is now, the meteor changes don't affect it, in other words you don't have to hold shift for mind control to apply on ice snake." No one said you had to shift for Ice Snake, but I'm sure you know how you need to stop zipping across the map or running as fast to focus where you're leading it because all you'd end up doing is making your in-game player spin around in a circle. As I said in your other thread, you're limited to a 3x3 space for Ice Snake, and even further with Meteor.

I just want ice snake's longer freeze time back. It's a little too fast now, and I would happily sacrifice some damage for more utility.

If the player is trying to solo a boss, would they be able to successfully land a meteor on the boss before the fragility effect from ice snake expires?

Yeah I probably could have been a lot more clear on this. In fact, I intended for meteor always to default to mind control but looking at feedback much like this realized that for a lot of situations regular meteor is better.
2 seconds is definitely enough time for meteor to hit after ice snake because meteor takes 1 second to land. Also, they can always use meteor first and then ice snake before it hits.
