Umm what.
Unless you're pay2win there's over 24 hours of total grinding you have to do in order to progress.
CSST2CSST counts as grinding.

Now the thread itself: I say that the content should add a new item called "The Macedon Diadem", it's a helmet as you might have guessed.

I made a basic concept of what it would look like in game:

That's it guys, thank you for reading! -- This isn't all, no it isn't. Now that we have this item that seems trash at the first look it can be the first of a new generation of items in WynnCraft!

Those of you who read the lore of it probably recognised the ditto, which is attributed to Philip II of Macedon.

The reason why this item is special is because in order to use it you have to CRAFT / ISOLATE one of the 5 elements present in the game, creating a new helmet.
They would be strong endgame helmets specialized in only one element.
Some names I came up are: Aegean, Olympus and Creta, for ❉ Water, ❋ Air and ✤ Earth, respectively.

Example item:

+2/4 mana regen
+15% spell damage
+50% water damage

But how do you make them? Easy!, you just have to throw the "Macedon Diadem" in an "Item forge" along with the "essence" (a 1/5000 drop rate item that drops in areas trought the game) of the element you want your helmet to be specialized on.
There will also be multiple tiers of theese elmental armors from earlygame to endgame. That is right, it is not just helmets!
"NOTE" A forge can only create items of a specified level, ex. In detlas you can make 1-15 but in Corkus 86-100 items.
"NOTE" An essence from nivla can make a level 100 item and a essence from Corkus can make a level 15 item. All essences are identical execpt for the element.

Now you might say that would be hard to implement as you ever do, but it won't... well, kind of wont, because a similar thing ALREADY EXISTS!



If you don't know where it was used, you should play the "House Of Twain" quest, in which you throw three special items in this altar in order to craft the Ghostly Cap.

Thunder- Pigman valley, Dark forest (Thunder is often assosiciated with dark powers),Corkus


Item tiers (CORE ITEMS ARE SOLD AT MERCHANTS OF CITIES OF SIMILAR LEVEL)
1-15: Basic helmet/chestplate/leggins/boots, Lore: Can be augmented a variety of ways.
16-30: Enhanced helmet/chestplate/leggins/boots, Lore: Potential for power.
31-45: Gavel x/x/x/x, Lore: The finest of the magics of Gavel created this masterpiece., it does not have power but potential.
46-60: Decayed master x/x/x/x, Lore: Once great items with unimaganable power, the decay has significantly weakened it, though a essence might restore some of its former glory.
61-75: Elven pattened x/x/x/x, Lore: Created by the elves of Aldorei, only worthy adventurers will unlock its true powers.
76-85: Darwen prototype x/x/x/x, Lore: The fines items made by dwarfkind, they only need a few finishing touches.
86-100: Macedonian x/x/x/x, Lore: "Divide to conquer"

Pros:
1. Takes the exploration and replayability of Wynn to a next level, since the player is encouraged to look for the Auras (which are mostly located in lower leveled areas that people hardly ever come back to visit);
2. Takes the grinding of Wynn to a next level, since people are encouraged to grind at high levels instead of just doing C.S.S.T. and buying items in the market, because "Macedonian Diadem" is untradable;
3. Creates more purpose for feature that are used in the game only once or never (the altar and the Auras), and makes the item sistem much funnier;
4. The basic concept is already in the game, so it might be easier to make this a thing than we think.

Negs: There are probably lots of flaws, but I'm calling the community to help me fixing them.

Hmm. The updated post Is Better than i expected. However, you forgot How to get the macedonian diadem.

idc what anyone says, if this was in the game I would be very VERY VERY excited.

However I dissagree with you saying that this has been done before, as it has in some sense, but not at such a massive scale
