    There's at least 3 non-English communities I know of that did translation mods before but the translation efforts pretty much all went inactive
    The problems with translation mods are not with translation but with verification and maintenance, it's just too much effort
    Although, Voices of Wynn kind of gets close, not sure if Media rank helped there

    If quests and events were replayable then maybe

    Also Wynntils has Google translate
