    Suggestion 1:
    Ophanim orbs return duration should always be the same regardless of distance. Ideally, each orb should always take around 2s to return. This is essentially a per-orb attack cooldown.

    Why:
    Orb usage becomes consistent and evenly distributed regardless of attack speed. When your attack speed is super fast, recently-thrown orbs wouldn't return too quickly and be thrown out again. Meanwhile when your attack speed is super slow, you won't miss out on ophanim dps since they'll always take a while to become available anyway.


    Suggestion 2:
    Each Lightweaver orb should have a per-target cooldown for hitting enemies. Ideally, a lightweaver orb should take around 1 full revolution before it can hit the same target again.

    Why:
    This makes lightweaver dps stay the same against all enemies, regardless of whether an orb can consistently stay within an enemy's hitbox or not.
