Ok, lemee try to do OP justice here. I actually agree with OP, in that I feel that the grinding on levels without quests is too slow. I guess jobs would be something like a mini-quest thats repeatable. For example, maybe one of the Jungle Villagers near Troms lost their ring in the Dernal Forest and he wants you to get it. It could be daily, and it doesn’t have to be part of the plot. Another example could be with the chef in ragni. He might want different foods on different days, so that you wouldn’t know what to expect.

whatever... grammar is the least of my worries...

 

You grab loot bonus armor, and you get gear. You sell the gear on the trade market, and you make money. It's simple.
