Im just trying to say that mage is currently a tad broken, so giving the player a means to make a mage even more broken isn't quite the good idea.

I'm level 61, but don't say I'm speaking of stuff too high for me. I can make suggestions for stuff maybe double my lvl if I wanted.

All the mythics are like lvl 90-99 except for pure and apoc.

I can't check now because the page is down and those are the ones I actually viewed the lvls on. Except for the mage mythics.

 

you're lvl 61 making a lvl 98 weapon, you're not close to that level, if you were like lvl 96 or something closer to the lvl of this wand maybe your suggestion would have more merit, but you're not to the level of which i could consider you to be able to make a full fledged, balanced suggestion
