Silken Scarf should give Water Defense, not Fire Defense. Water is the Ice element and it protects you from cold.

 

True, it's still a thing, but it was literally a wand that made you have over 100% chance to avoid every attack and had a level min of 101, also removed and gave health, etcetera. :/

 

Not to mention the level minimum.

I think it might help if someone could write a list of what affects each element has, like if it was water it gets extra water defense/damage and other bonuses, but with the other bonuses listed instead. Like how earth boosts poison. This way it is easier to suggest better item 'ids' along with the items. Anyone able to do that? :/ I'm only a Mage and rarely come across many good weapons/much good Armour to compare with it. (Level 45 Mage, no other classes)

In what fashion? I feel as if the 4 slots and 60% exploding make up for the defense and speed debuffs, and frankly 200 health isn't much at all at that level.

 

This depends on powders obviously, but take a look at apocalypse and alkatraz. I highly doubt warriors are gonna go for intelligence build anyway, so most of the debuffs with it are somewhat pointless. The damage gap is just on large. It won't deal nearly enough damage for its level, and it's not useful for anything else.

Okay. To be fair, only one of it's debuffs had anything to do with water.
Two, could you tell me what the damage should be around? I don't have much experience with high-level weapons.
