World Item Particles. [60+ Supporter] [now With Mythics!]

It could always have particles for like 5-20 seconds then disable

 

So you want it to appear then disappear? That's not very clear, and with 60 people running around with particles. And tbh whats the point of adding this if it lasts 5 seconds? And like Sean said, it ruins surprise.

 

i think that the particle shouldnt play when the items are dropped by players, just to reduce lag when throwing out junk.

 

What junk do you have to throw out? It says on the thread that normal and junk items won't have particle effects.

 

Junk as in crappy uniques and other things that are weapons too worthless to keep, so you just throw em on the ground.

 

rotten flesh, flawless oak spear(normal weapons), etc.

 

Well that's your problem. You really shouldn't throw out uniques. It's ALWAYS worth selling them.

I asked him what to throw a way other than that, because those items wouldn't have particle effectsz

 

you should throw out uniques when you have all rares or better

 

20+ supporters in less than a week. :O

 

Well then I'm probably just crazy. I never throw anything (except junk items) away and sell it all. I grind till I've got a full inventory, and then id and sell it all.
