And, no. I highly doubt that a mini warp as boots could EVER be possible in the meta

I don't think a thunder wand is necessary because we already have Judas.

Also, I think Gathering is a bit too underpowered since it has a lot of negative health and a bit of negative regen, I think you should buff all elemental damage on it.

Finally, flash is way too op, imo a non-mythic piece of armor should have no more than 60% ws.

Those are the major problems, but you're items are also kind of boring as well, especially the sp boost boots(I don't feel like spelling it out)
