    Well there are basically no items that increase skill points that don't require SP except for blue mask .-.

    There are quite a few? Now do they give the 20 skill points that blue mask does. No. But they still give skill points.

    Hmmm this is almost like all basics as more than half the items require skill points
    And the ones that do also require skill points

    Almost impossible but ok
