I agree with those ideas. Tomes should stick to very moderate ids like maybe speed thats base 5 or something...not sure on the jump tho tbh cuz giving that mobility access to every build seems like a bad idea...

Agree this is just stupidly op they are "mythics" but running raids to get them is way too easy compared to finding actual ones
