    i remember my bro he is anti big guild and he wants chaos all over map and endless warring no alliances like fed so he hates sub guild because it gives advantage
    however i myself have never been in a guild that is very active so i know nothing about wars
    maybe it is cuz im GMT timezone but idk

    In my opinion, adding a cooldown wouldn't be a good idea. While it has been mentioned that the defending side has used "subguilds" to increase their efficiency, it is also a fact that the attackers' side took their fair share in the utilization of these too. Why is this important? Because if we added a guild war cooldown, that would effectively allow the attackers to put their men into subguilds, wait for the cooldown to run out, and attack the defenders who cannot live with the same opportunity because the cooldown. This would technically give great... INSANE advantage to the attackers, which is contradictory to the goal "to make this game more fair" (which is acting like those few people who were complaining on the forums of the system while Federation was still a thing).
    Could the defender side use the same strategy? In theory they could! But what would be the problem? The problem would simply be the guessing game of when to put and when not to put members into these "subguilds" because the attackers' side unconsistency, leading to serious confusion, which is quite a disadvantage in a war. I'm surprised this thread is still a thing...
