    My Multihits is consistently doing upwards of 12k damage and I've got about 900 raw spell damage. The damage is applied raw.

    You sure it's not only visual glitch for the damage indicator? If anything hasn't been fixed, the actual damage is affected by spell multipliers. Sorry I dont think I have ever reported that bug officially

    I'm actually 100% sure Raw Spell damage is affected by Spell Multipliers.

    I have 233 Raw Spell and with Depressing Bow, I do 233 x 2.5 (250% because Bomb Arrow) = 583 damage.
    (Typo in the video, it's 1000 - (233 x 2.5) = 417)
    The multiplier becomes 10% for Bomb Arrows, 20% for each small Multihits. Even if it was unintended, you should leave this be, because this is preventing people from abusing Raw Spell on multi-hitting spells. When Archer use 1000 Raw Spell on Arrow Storm, 1000 x 60 = 60k raw damage... Even if only 10 arrows hit the enemy, that's 10k inevitable neutral damage. I hope Spell Multiplier is making the current Raw Spell system more dynamic and balanced...

    NO because it's affect by spell multiplier
    210 raw spell*10 hits*20% spell multiplier =

    Selvut, I wanted to know if it is ok that this thread became an item balancing idea thread?
    I know you intended it for discussing the changes and giving out warnings on changes, but I think that this is a good way of getting community feedback on items that need to be balanced.

    I had to change my Mage build to equip Capricorn but that about the worst of it.

    Also perhaps some kind of nerf on Apocalypse and Alkatraz are due, because people are making crazy OP builds with them and soloing Legendary Island on a rather regular basis. In genereal I think that the crazy power of +atk Tier Speed ID was vastly underestimated by the coders, and while nerfs on items like Burnout are a step in the right direction, more work needs to be done.

    Items will never be "truly balanced" otherwise no one build would be too different from the others, and let's face it; some are more effective, reliable, or intelligent than others and I think that's fine, but not OP to the point of it feeling like I'd be cheating the game with a certian one.

    I totally and 100% agree. + attack tiers should be removed or reworked, because shit is going crazy, its just too broken, both before and after the spell fix.

    I do agree with this, though I don't think we should remove the ID entirely, as it's probably one of the most unique IDs in the game, it would also cause massive uproars and essentially make melee builds useless.

    I think a good nerf would be to maybe change all armor pieces so that they can only have +1 tier attack speed and can never have +2 tier attack speed, the only exception I guess would be Cancer but even that should be bumped down to +4-5 tier attack speed or something, so that people have to actually give high effort into making a super slow weapon super fast.

    I concur that the ID shouldn't be entirely removed, because it wouldn't just nerf melee builds but send some of them a thousand meters under, although I'm not too keen on how it could be reworked. Believe me, I think that a rework could be a great solution but it's a pretty raw and barebones ID trait; "Swings your melee weapon one stage faster." I'm not a coder so I can't really make a firm claim on that, but I do think it would be worth investigating in the next Gameplay Update, because Atk Tier-based melee builds are like the alpha predators right now.

    Seems Burnout got a nerf. Finally

    HP was nerfed, elemental defenses were nerfed, fire damage was removed entirely, plus some other nerfs on stats in general.

    I can imagine there may be more nerfs and buffs in this update as well, if you're reading this and know an item got changed, post it here I guess.

    its still broken, and my build still functions as it should.
    In my eyes, burnout will be balanced one it gives either
    1. fucktons of - ws
    2. -hp

    Maybe it's like Concentration where any Burnout before the update retains a removed ID/Doesn't include any new IDs to it? I could be wrong.
