Well, many people may be misinformed with the untrue information that you have in your post, so maybe add a line to your main post, for example, to indicate that it is a joke.

 

Doesn't seem like these four people got it.

Please take me seriously here. Imagine one of these people (say, Bluescreen, seeing as he's very active here) doesn't get the joke (doesn't seem like he did) and spreads the rumour. Now ten people think the update's coming out in a month and a week. Now twenty people do. Now thirty.
By now, few people know where this rumour originated from, and because popular members spread it, it's considered a fact. So now the staff (Salted, Grian, you name them) have to defuse this rumour. They have to use their time they could've spend on developing the update or managing the server on this issue. That means development slows down. The update gets delayed. The community is disappointed. Maybe they blame the staff. Et cetera, et cetera. You don't realise you have to make absolutely sure everyone gets it when it comes to these 'jokes'. Because they're contagious. These kinds of post harm the community. Please, don't do this kind of stuff.

So please point to where you can detect the sarcasm, because I'm not seeing anything. I'll explain why it's so unclear:

He uses a serious tone. He tells how he discovered this, and explains what it means. Throughout the post, he says he used relatively complicated means to dig through the video. Most people wouldn't do the same, because they don't know how these programs (spectogram, motion camera) work, or they don't want to take the time. He then implies what he found is a release date. Were he to state what he found as a fact, people would doubt it, but that's not what he did.

Again, using terminology most don't understand (what motion camera? How does that work?) to imply what he found took him lots of effort, adding credibility. He also says many people would miss it, eliminating the possibility of debunking it by simply watching the YouTube video.

This is credible because he might not know this much about the game. His highest class is only level 60, after all (source).

Tbh = to be honest. Sentence ends with a period.

Again, since most people don't have such a bot, they have a hard time fact-checking this. It also sounds really smart, adding credibility.

More speculation. The reader draws a conclusion themself, making them believe it.

Honestly, no clue what this is possibly supposed to mean. I assumed it was some kind of inside joke. And I've seen weirder posts on this forum.

Again, please just take it seriously. This doesn't have the qualities of a joke, or any indication of one. I guarantee there's a person out there who read just the top post and got excited, and will be disappointed later. I don't want that to happen.

When you try to debate with someone, do it with consistency, this isn't a theory, the guy was speaking about things he found.
Yes I know it's false, but still, this joke was claimed as something actually found.

So ... No, they don't believe a theory at their own risk.
They believe things that are actually 'found'.
