Game Mechanics Guild Tome/Quest Rework

    The guild tome will be the only way to get skillpoints after 2.1. With this, guild tomes will be significantly more valuable for certain builds.

    Due to this, I suggest opening up the guild (weekly) quest to all players, regardless of being in a guild or not. Tomes would then drop directly in the weekly reward instead of being given to the guild masters. This would remove the whole back scratching nature of getting guild tomes, without altering anything major.

    Guild tome slot being locked from wars could still be an issue, but I think its significantly less of a hassle to participate in wars than to beg for guild tomes. And finishing guild quests could give other buffs to a guild, like contributing to guild xp and/or seasonal ranking points.
