Give disguises shift animations

This is a bit of a tall order, but I think it would be useful if disguises did not disguise when you are sneaking. At the very least this would allow you to greet someone with sneakspam if you are disguised. I'm sure there's other gestures that disguised players can't do that I'm forgetting.
