    IIRC sometime in 2014
    Meteor used to be a fire ball that was launched from the player forward
    Tp could be cast in the air so mages could fly

    Archer's arrow storm used to only be 20 arrows in grade three and the damage didn't stack
    Meteore used to be mage spiting fireballs, not meteores raining from the sky (like ice snake right now)
    ice barrier used to be a small circle that immobilized stuff only within the circle (like the current meteor)
    stone shield is the old arrow storm, but it was broken because you could stack the shields.
    I think bomb arrow used to not bounce 5 times.
    bash was differnt (know it was, but i don't remember what it was before)

    I think this is a great idea, especially the mouse shortcut customization! Having the heal spell in any class would be such a great thing, although it would probably make health regen potions go obsolete if everyone uses it in their classes.

    Who said all the spells were interchangable? I think some could be, but at best, it would be a different type of heal...

    This actually seems really cool! I don't see this coming soon[tm], but I do support this suggestion, although some more info on what spells we would be able to swap with and what not. +1.
    On a side note, I've been playing Starbound WAY too much. Maybe to unlock these spells (I'll refer to them as 'tech' in this case because starbound stuff and all), you need a certain amount of some new item or use emeralds? Just a thought.

    I have a couple questions. How would new players be introduced to this new system? Would there be a special quest to help explain or would it just be in chat like when you get a regular spell? When are the passive spells introduced? What would these new spells be like and how/where would they go on the wynncraft help page?

    These are good questions to consider. Quests will hint towards it at level 30, then at level 41, it is explained in a quest (that's when I decided to have the 5th spell slot) where the system is explained. I think these secondary spells should begin getting unlocked at level 46, by then a player is usually used to wynncraft.

    For what these new spells will be, just look at any class suggestion thread that has ever been posted... and I've made some examples of passive spells.

    As for the help page, they won't exist at the help page, but at the wiki. The help page is for people just starting out and these functions would reserve to at least mediocre players. Besides, having such a big spoiler at the beginning stages of wynn make it not so fun (for people that are not like me and like surprises)

    Couldn't they just alter the mouse combinations to be 4 clicks like: R-R-L-R or L-R-L-R.

    I mean obviously this may be more difficult than just using the set of three clicks, but this way if you could have more "active spells/abilities". I see this as logical if they integrate this sort of customization for spells.

    This also raises my question: Why just a 3 click combo, I mean they could of made it a 10 click combination for all intended trolling purposes (I know that would be insane, more smaller like a 5 click would be better)?

    Because every time we add a new click, the number of spells are doubled, and while that may be cool in the future, it doesn't really fit right now.

    You are right, but I'm just thinkin if this type of system comes out and supposedly you have the seven (don't quote me on this) spell slots, what if your able to have seven of the active spells, you need seven different click combinations , which you cant have with the amount of click of combinations you have for right now for a class like Assassin.

    Combinations (Right Now for Assassin, Mage, and Warrior)*:
    R-R-R
    R-L-R
    R-R-L
    R-L-L

    If a New Combinations set (for the same three classes as before)*:
    R-R-R-R
    R-R-R-L R-R-L-R R-L-R-R
    R-R-L-L R-L-L-R R-L-R-L
    R-L-L-L

    *This goes for Archer as well and the reskinned classes

    I really like your idea, but the reason I made it 7 max in a single run through (if you don't add the transferable slot from another class) was to encourage people to equip passive spells. As much as more active spells would be great, it is too tedious, makes it more likely to click wrong, and is more confusing,

    Besides, you can theoretically assign more than one spell to a mouse combo.
