Fix Fixquests (for The Billionth Time)

I just wanted to remind the CT to fix fixquests. Just now I was looking for my dogun letter to start dwarves and doguns 3 because I couldn't find it so it must have been lost. I used /fixquests and it gave me 23 quest items I didn't need. I didn't even get my thing I wanted. Please just fix this fucking awful problem


Edit: I kept doing it and out of every quest item in the game I didn't get the one I needed
Edit 2: I just realised I'm fucking retarded and the letter is a brick and not paper so i just screwed up my inventory for no reason yay
