(I meant 20-30 in general, I'm just trying to show that I was not going there at level 15 and finding it to be difficult because of that)
(this is also not an important point and I am making a bigger deal out of it than it needs to be)

It really is not. From a purely numbers perspective things do die in fewer hits than they should, which is a problem regardless of how good you are at the game. Additionally, the problem becomes more substantial as you progress through the game, and at the same time you are getting better at the game, the main affect of this is that the later areas of Gavel are substantially easier to play through on a first playthrough than the early to mid areas of wynn when it comes to combat.
Also, do you think the game was like, ballbustingly difficult in 1.20? All I'm asking for when it comes to the early-midgame to lategame is for the difficulty to be in line with what it was in 1.20. There's a conversation worth having about whether it should be more than that in some parts of the game, but as a baseline the extreme drop in difficulty since the release of 2.0, which doesn't seem to have been intentional, should be fixed.
