Dungeon Modifiers

    So, eventually, dungeons are going to get fully updated. We saw tiny hints of this with the GG entrance screen, which suggested a Story Mode and an alternate mode (which I'll be calling Main Mode) with no cutscenes, which had secrets. However, this screen has been removed, because, if I remember correctly (the wiki does not have a reference to it), Main Mode was nonfunctional and not any different from Story Mode.

    So, I suggest that, when they're updated, dungeons have Gambit-like modifiers (curses?) which you can add when you're doing a dungeon in Main Mode. The dunGambits don't affect the player, but rather the dungeon.

    Some of these modifiers would be common to all dungeons (like giving you a time limit to clear every room and/or the whole dungeon, or causing the spawn rates in the dungeon to increase exponentially the longer you stick around), while others would be unique to specific dungeons (you take a shortcut through the Infested Pit that happens to throw you into a nest with 10 spiders spawning every second).

    Pretty basic idea unfortunately. This is mostly motivated by me wishfully thinking of having modifiers to make running DS or IP on an endgame class faster.

    they are not meant for endgame players to run them at the speed of light (though end-game players are faster)

    main mode and story mode exist in CGG still at least, and THERE IS A DIFFERENCE: you do not have to do the cutscenes of doom.

    also dun-gambits could be a forgery thing, i don't see them for normal dungeons (just lower the prices already)

    yeah this just doesn't make any sense for dungeons
