Does Breezehands Need A Buff?

Hello all, welcome to my first debate thread. Today, we are debating about Breezehands. It's a pretty unique item I must say. But it really has no use. It comes from the Hive Air Merchant, so it is somewhat difficult to get. But all you get from it is a ring, which at first glance looks pretty good, that does absolutely nothing but reduce your damage. Tier attack speed only affects melee damage. However, due to the -30% Melee damage ID on it, the total damage is reduced. Since +Tier Attack Damage buffs damage by less than 30%, I really don't see a point in having the -30% melee. You're just canceling out the effect, but cancelled as in make it worse. So that's my little speech thing. I think Breezehands should get buffed, but let's hear what you think!

 

You need to use an item that give you the possibility to avoid this negative value.

 

Breezehands needs a rework, not a buff.
