    I haven't even done the quest... And he did say Clicking on a villager, which means talking to the final npc in the context of that sentence. Also, it was just a joke.

    Im pretty sure EVERY quest has a npc. Though I haven't done it also.

    Yeah, so he wasn't spoiling anything. The joke was, the mods and shtuff seem so secretive about it, so that they wouldn't even tolerate talking about how to end the quest.

    Also the Forbidden prison quest does not have an end NPC.
