Website & Forums Dark/light Mode

Hello guys, first thread in ages.

I'm one of those people that switch between light and dark mode on my computer when the sun sets and rises. On my computer it's done automatically, so I though why not implement it into the forums?
Just a minor improvement. It's already very easy to do by hand, but as a non-coder, it also feels pretty easy to create.

The way it can be done is to just add another option in the already existing list of modes. Either the switch is based on sunset/sunrise or the user can enter a specific time when it should switch.

That's about it, let me hear those thoughts!
