World Daily "quests" / Mission / Bounty

You are given a mini quest every so often, and the job can vary from finding a certain item, fighting a boss, or going to a town and talking to an NPC. The idea is to make players explore the map, and give them a unique experience.

I don't know if it is possible to implement something like this, but it should work similarly to the way that missions work now, but with unlimited time.

For example, you recently killed the Reincarnation of Bob. A while later, it will give you a mini quest "bounty" notice, requesting that you fight him again (with unlimited time). Unlike a mission, you only have to kill him once, and it will give you a decent amount of xp and emeralds.

Or, you recently talked to an NPC in Nemract. Later you will receive a mini quest to go talk to the same NPC, and the NPC will say something different this time.
