World Change Galloping Spurs

"Woah! These Boots are OP" - my first thoughs after hearing about them (mainly because of the Major id and the fact that these are Fabled).
Sadly i didn't know that you would do much less damage (70% less!) with these boots before buying them.
I think these boots need a buff (not stats wise). So I present to you:

!NEW! Galloping Spurs V2. !NEW!

Changed Major ID: You can now use these Boots to farm (Gather) on a Horse!

Thats it.
I dont care if thats op.
I want boots for gathering.
Doesent have to be these boots.
I dont know how to continiue.

 

I would love this. Especially if it worked in boats too, yknow, for fishing

 

You should be able to fish in boats in itself, lily pad jumping is painful
