Bucie horse enclosure?

I understand that the system is set up for one enclosure per mount type, but Bucie still sells horses, it's in an area where horses are especially useful (Llevigar Plains is very flat, and there's a road running to the similarly-flat Cinfras County), and I think it would be good both mechanically and worldbuilding-wise for it to have a horse enclosure (given that, as far as I can tell, it's a merchant stopover on a major trade route).
