There's no real evidence but it's quite obvious they don't enforce it anymore. not even a single server got warned since the EULA got released over 1 year ago. they just can't check every server and therfor they just ignore it

As much as I disagree with breaking the EULA, this is true.

Might as well say gavel is just extra coding and extra blocks with that type of logic.

The difference is that Gavel provides major updates and new content to all players. VIP town is a quest-less, content-less town for a minority of the player-base.

Actually, EULA states that vips can keep what they already payed for if it can be achived ingame or soft currency, and Wynncraft already breaks the eula, so the eula statement is kind eh

The fact that VIP people get 2 or 4 more classes breaks the EULA because this gives an unfair advantage to those VIP people. (More inventory space, more quest rewards...)

Although im pretty sure that most people (including me) dont care about those advantages.

For the people commenting here about the problems concerning EULA - Salted himself has already brought up the idea of adding back double xp for VIP. That being the greater break of the EULA i don't see why there couldn't be a VIP town.

    (Not that i support it)

By that I'm pretty sure they mean boosters that only apply to the donator (such as paying for permanent double xp)

I truly mean no offense by this whatsoever, but that is I think one of the worst counter arguments I have ever seen. I do not say this in a cruel or belittling manner, it's just that there is an incomparable gap between the two. The VIP town had no true purpose. It was a cluster of buildings surrounded by a wall that were all unrelated to any quests or lore, and only served to further the advantages of VIPs, hence the name. Gavel is the product of well over a year's worth of work that adds approximately fifty or more quests, a new dimension, a new province to explore, an increased level cap, a new starting area, as well as a server resource pack. This was designed for all players, including those currently playing, those who will play in the future, as well as those who left some time ago. Gavel isn't just "extra coding," it's new content that the whole server has contributed to. Us, the fanbase that keeps it alive and donates to it, and the development team, who puts all their time and energy into making the game a better place for all of us. There is an insurmountable gap between Gavel and VIP town, thus why trying to compare the two, especially with such a small statement, is just flawed no matter how one views it. Even if you meant that comment to be sarcastic or satirical, some might not see it that way, and it may come off as disrespectful. Try to keep that in mind next time, please.
Sorry if that sounds condescending, that's just how I type/talk :3

Edit: As an afterthought, I like your username :D

The VIP town is nice but is it so important ? Its just a town like every other town too. The only difference is that only VIP can enter it

in my opinion this EULA thing is bullshit. if you pay real money that you 9or your parents) worked for, then you should be allowed to be given whatever the f*** you want. EULA is not a good thing ta all

EULA was mainly implemented because parents complained of kids constantly asking for money or stealing/using their parents' cards without permission. This became a bigger deal with servers that did not offer refunds or other such thing and the parents would take their complaints to Mojang instead of the server. As far as I am aware, this is pure speculation. For all we know it could have just been preparation to sell Minecraft to Microsoft. Not much we can do about it unless it gets revoked. Although from what I have seen, the EULA is comparable to the "Pirate's Code" from Pirates of the Caribbean. More like guidelines than actual rules. With that said, I'd still like to avoid pushing the limits of it unless absolutely necessary, as I am rather fond of Wynn :3
