If you've done LI (or any other boss) at any point recently, there's at least a fair chance you've had the loot/token drop in the wall and been unobtainable. It gets really frustrating when this happens three times over the course of a single LI rub, or when the Orange Wybel charges into the wall two fights in a row. My suggestion is as simple as it is beautiful, as practical as it is amazing, as magnificent as it is sensible; have boss loot go directly into the inventory of players who did enough damage. Then when the boss charges into a wall and gets stuck, you don't have to repeat the boss to get your reward. It also eliminates the possibility of dying to minions trying to pick it up (unless you have a full inventory). This means that, like dungeon bosses, you don't have to try to be careful to kill the boss in the center of the room and to make sure they don't use a charge spell near the walls, but still only gives rewards to players who actively contribute to the fight, rather than everyone in the arena.
