Boss Stuck In A Wall? Don't Worry; I Got This Y'all.

    If you've done LI (or any other boss) at any point recently, there's at least a fair chance you've had the loot/token drop in the wall and been unobtainable. It gets really frustrating when this happens three times over the course of a single LI rub, or when the Orange Wybel charges into the wall two fights in a row.

    My suggestion is as simple as it is beautiful, as practical as it is amazing, as magnificent as it is sensible; have boss loot go directly into the inventory of players who did enough damage. Then when the boss charges into a wall and gets stuck, you don't have to repeat the boss to get your reward. It also eliminates the possibility of dying to minions trying to pick it up (unless you have a full inventory).

    This means that, like dungeon bosses, you don't have to try to be careful to kill the boss in the center of the room and to make sure they don't use a charge spell near the walls, but still only gives rewards to players who actively contribute to the fight, rather than everyone in the arena.

    That's what inspired it. Those are the two biggest issues I've had with bosses in Wynncraft.

    For LI it should just be everyone in the room, because some people have support classes

    I was complaining about this today sm
    Dr Legendary kept getting stuck in the wall
    Had to repeat the fight 5 times
    The worst part is that it was the third phase that kept getting stuck !

    That would be insanely cheesable.
    Plus, this isn't a thread making changes on the requirements for someone to get a token, its an alternative way for tokens to drop from bosses.

    The same as when you have a full inventory and your armor falls off; it should just drop on the floor where you were standing. The only downside I see is that if you're surrounded by mobs, you might die trying to pick it up (though this already could happen) or if you're standing in fire (why would you be though?).

    only problem is that it would be annoying to get every mob drop

    I considered that, and I think it should be limited to bosses that are meant to pose a substantial challenge for the player; LI bosses, quest bosses and boss alter bosses, including Hive floor and ToA bosses. Because I agree, getting every random drop would be a pain in the neck.

    This is a really good idea. Regarding the "full inventory" comments. Why are you running a dungeon with a full inventory? You have SO much prep time, not to mention you have intermission rounds with bank access. Just don't be an idiot.

    Well, from my experience with Shaman, you can just fish out mobs stuck in walls using Uproot, but yeah this is a good suggestion because having a Shaman slave sounds weird

    Darn, free shaman slaves for everybody was gonna be my next suggestion.

    In fairness, I frequently end up accidentally picking up stuff in the boss room, but it should never be enough to fill your inventory.

    Next thing you'll be suggesting is to buff Shaman's damage boost of Totem for other players to be the same as the Shaman himself (in case you don't know Shaman's damage is boosted by 35% with their totem, while other players get buffed by 15%)
