World Boss Altar: Arachnid Hideout (+18.5 Support)

Reminds me of Terraria stuff, I like that!

How about an additional NPC in Nemract that would say something like this:

[1/2] Nemract Citizen: Hey, you look like an adventurer! And a strong one. Have you seen that cave near Mt. Wynn? I'm not talking about that giant Infested Pit, there's another one nearby.
[2/2] Nemract Citizen: Well, that cave contains an unnatural number of cobwebs and spiders. I didn't try going in there, this looked like too much danger! Maybe you could take a look?

I think the NPC should be in nemract and not in the dungeon, as the dungeon is for level 18 and Nemract is an area for levels ~25, more fitting for the altar

shroob if you want to add an alter to the dungeon, then you gotta address a change where in the game the alter tutorial happens because this is earlier then the alter tutorial you learn in troms. so can you address that?

you forgot about the lvl 22 or so altar in durums
this is not a tutorial, but an early level altar because durum's ones is hard to find as a newbie
