    Here's an idea. Just make it so you don't need to buy a pass at all. Just talk to the V.S.S Skipper and a gui opens. Would have all of the same locations, for the same price. Clicking one automatically sends you on your way.

    The NPCs for dungeons can be something like Token Collector (or how it called) from Qira Hive.
