    Stop making more of these province threads... its never gonna happen. We havent even gotten all of the main provinces yet and now we have to have a province named "Bloomi?"
    I mean come on look at the names. Wynn, Gavel, Dern, Fruma, etc. They sound like actual provinces. Bloomi sounds retarded

    There are enough quests for between 60-80. Corkus will add more from 80-100, so I would suggest making this quite low level and have it around the 40-60 mark, maybe even lower still.

    but how would a 40-60 place defend a 80-100 area? plus, i imagine bloomi to be more of a different grinding spot than herb cave, with some quests thrown in to spice it up.
