That's why no housing threads will be removed if this suggestion happens.

I think you should just make the ruled out ideas thread - it would be far easier for them to just pin an existing thread than create a new one.

It would also be worth mentioning there why each has been ruled out- it's best that people don't have to ask. Another thing it would be worth putting there is that Fruma/Dern lore/quest/content suggestions are ruled out because they already have that planned.
