im going to like this because the last part of your post is true (i mean that most internet citizens intelligence is kinda... god... i dont want to remember how it was teaching my friend the ways of terraria... 1 fucking hour for teach him how to craft...)

 

As I already stated, housing has been rejected more times than I can count and has been confirmed by the Content Team they are not doing it. People can post housing threads to their heart's content, but they should know that's it has been suggested before, that's all. I know people aren't the smartest, but at least there is a chance someone will see it and if not, then they literally have no excuse. It's like saying that we shouldn't have a search bar because some people don't use it and still post useless threads *cough* dern-map threads *cough*

i already know housing wont ever get added
because of various reasons like it being the economical death of the server

 

Oh sorry, my bad. I thought you were implying that housing shouldn't be discouraged because other suggestions in the past were added.

Adding something entirely new for worn out ideas that are found occasionally in the suggestion forums? Seems like there would be too much work for too little purpose.

 

It's not a game feature where it would take time to code and implement. It's literally a thread that can take less than 10 min to make like the How to Suggest thread. I know this isn't as important as say Better Banks or Lotem's better quest book, but it is still beneficial nonetheless.

 

I still don't see how beneficial it would be, even if it only took ten minutes to create. But that's fine.

 

Understandable, I bet people feel the same way about the how to suggest thread. I just feel that if there's at least a chance that this situation is avoided then it's worth it because it's better than the status quo.

yes but when 99% of the general suggestions is clogged with player housing i want a ban on them
