this is a pog champ update
And to think some people call us greedy. Sure the devs gotta think about monetization to keep things afloat, but we ain't trying to do any P2W stuff like people say sometimes.
Uh? What are you talking about here?
Bad link btw
oops. What is the correct link?
Edit, I fixed it.
epic content mr Bracewell
HOLY FUCK THIS IS ALL AMAZING except for having to run lost sanctuary
For a moment, before realizing it was Elkurn, I was thinking that the Nivla-Detlas Suburbs bridge got reworked yet again
Yet, the bridge lives to trigger talking mushroom dialogue yet another day
I'm saying to encourage people to actually play the game to get mythics. If loot run is still better then people is going to keep loot running, which defeats the purpose of the game.
But if you introduce another reliable way to get mythic i.e dungeon running, if the rate is the about the same as loot running people wouldn't mind playing the game more to obtain the mythic.
But the problem now you introduce two different sources for mythics to show up and possibly deflate the mythic economy (if that's even intended). To combat that, make it so that mythics that are obtained from dungeon untradeable.
So uh, who is this? http://prntscr.com/tvcvgc
Jbip, the man himself.

We threw an absolute rager at [redacted]
Very epic post! I love the forgery changes they sound very exciting and quality of life-improving since keys are quite hard to come by!
I also hope this isn't an Elkurn rework though, I have similar concerns as everyone else. This feels very similar to the Maltic sneak peeks we got.
Thank you so much for the wonderful updates, I can say for sure we all love them!
Gavel is in dire need of overhaul yes, the quests are insanely outdated, have a lot of fetching and Point A to B type of quests, sometimes even glitchy (Rise of the Quartron is very weird honestly) and navigating the areas is beyond terrible
If you want a bit of my experience when playing early Gavel:
Seriously I really want early Gavel to get a rework, it is by far the area that needs it the most
It's this place, a camp north-east of Bucie. The first image is taken on the west side of the river, looking south-east, and the second north-east. The evidence:
The river runs from north to south. If you look at the original image and focus on the wooden planks, you'll see the dark lines run perpendicular to the river. These dark lines always point to the east and west, meaning the river runs north to south, so any town near a river that runs east or west, i.e. the Angry Village, some portions of Time Valley or certain sections of Gylia County can be eliminated.
The fortifications prove the area is at least somewhat militaristic. This means it probably isn't Bucie, as it's only a couple of farms.
Because Bucie is not directly next to the river, it definitely can't be Bucie unless the CT decided to move the town further east, which I highly doubt unless they decided to expand Bucie.
The ruined house in the bottom right corner of the map image shown above is in the same location as the farmhouse seen on the right in the first image.
There is a large house in the map image, which has a walkway over water and small piers. The exact same layout can be seen in image one, minus the large house, though that may be obstructed. The crates on the northern pier are also in the same spot.
From these facts I can conclude with absolute certainty the images posted by DrBracewell are taken north-east of the town of Bucie, thus this area will have been revamped come the following update. We did it Watson
It's really amusing, the assertion that running Corrupted dungeons as a way of getting mythics is "actually playing the game". Lootrunning is an optimization of finding items in chests, and likewise there will be an optimization of running dungeons for mythics that people in the future will eventually call "not actually playing the game".
also Wind Fortress? :o
Am I supposed to think about Cave Story?
Close? I just found the exact fucking Bridge.
Referenced a few times in the Sky Islands. I've assumed we'd be getting it eventually.
No, I understood what you meant with the idea. The thing I was asking about was this:
What's this and where? You talked about it in the post as though this is a thing ingame currently. Is it, and if so where is it, cause I've never heard anything about this?
From what I have heard, pushing map changes to live servers is a very difficult task with new problems every major update they have to do it. I don't know if they'll be doing a map update by adding the dungeon reward feature(assuming it's released earlier). But i'm betting my money on a map update only once 1.20 comes out in full. Let's pray to god they fixed this bug for 1.20
