    Guards are pretty slow as heck. Even if they did their job, most people would instinctively attack the mobs with such aoe spell.

    How exactly do you intend to make this work? You say movement spells won’t trigger aggro, but how can this be done? Also, how will you keep mage’s heal from removing the debuffs?
