mostly a trade-off of health for spell potential.
with 129 int your bomb mana cost is halved from what it is on your build (with 68 threshold reached)

So like Freedom is being buffed and I think it prompts a change in my current build. Also Rainbow Sanctuary is going to exist apparently so I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to integrate it into the build. I'd like 11k+ health. Everything's okay to use except other mythics.

Class: Warrior
Preference: No mythics, no li
Playstyle: Walkspeed with a little mana and intel so I can run around and charge around
Damage really doesn't matter, neither does health. Thanks!

HP dosnt matter cuz you can melt everything B4 you dies.
"can" go to 2 mana bomb(but HF finding max 3eye and libra)
if you want hp, swap intensity and bracelet with rune and clockwork.

Thanks I guess but I dislike both builds. They're worse (at least, in my opinion) than either my current build or my current build plus Rainbow Sanctuary, depending on offensive/defensive interest. The "max" items aren't an issue because skill point bonuses are becoming fixed in 1.19, and even then I've already got a max Third Eye and 48sp Libra.
