Allow you to change if powder specials proc satsujin (spellshade)

On spellshade builds that use powders like chain lightning, it is really annoying to accidently proc satsujin, removing huge backstab damage. My suggestion is that you can optionally change whether your satsujin is proced off powder specials or backstabs.
