There are honestly so many flaws in the logic of that response it's painful. I do not say this to be rude, I say it as someone who excels in persuasion and debates. It is a representation of facts. Even if the possibilities of what people could do was limited, it would still, undoubtedly, be a problem. The basic guild can hold 5 players, and this amount increases with the guild's level. Let's assume, whether it's true or not, that Kangronomicon and Nether's Ascent both had 45 players. Now these two ally with each other. This would mean that the guild holds 90 players total.

If each alliance was like this then perhaps the feature would not be that bad. The problem is that few guilds are this big. There are dozens upon dozens of guilds and hundreds of players. While this is only given to alliances, and thus would require at least 2 guilds in order to happen, there would still be an overwhelming amount of plots on the server. Even if we set aside the ungodly lag this alone would cause, Wynn already struggles with lag. In fact, the lag is about to become even more intense with Gavel's release due to a vast increase in both map and player size. In addition to the debilitating lag this would cause, it also would defeat the point of this server. This is an RPG server. An adventure. Settling down and making plots is completely separate from the main concept of the server, and would only take time away from other projects that need the time and effort more. Say, for instance, Dern, or the main questline?. Why would they set aside a greater project to add something that is completely irrelevant to Wynn? Let's suppose they did. How would the other players react if they figured out that a significant chunk of time was taken out of a much larger and better project in order to add a feature that not only is irrelevant to the server, but which also adds considerable lag to already laggy servers.

Keep in mind, I am not saying this to be cruel or belittling. I greatly enjoy the concept of Alliances, as I stated in previous posts. I am simply stating here that any kind of plot or build concept would not only be out-of-place and irrelevant to the server, but would also be lag-inducing on unimaginable levels. I am aware you said not to bring up the lag this feature would cause, but if I am to talk of why this particular aspect of your suggestion is flawed, it must be brought up regardless. I apologize if I offended you with this, it simply must be stated. Wynncraft cannot support plots, and neither should it. No aspect of this server hints at it adding plots when the concept is based on exploration and expanding.

The suggestion of alliances is well-done and well-formed. This aspect of it, however, should be left out in order to see more support. The way it is now, people will only view it as a plot suggestion with some extra features, and thus many of the community's higher members are likely to overlook and ignore it. None of this is meant to be mean. This is to help this suggestion see more support in the future.

Edit: Sorry for long post, just trying to explain well.

And if it was made so there was a max player cap allowed in a guild bass at any given time?
