Add /shout Command [100% Approval]

Shouting in Wynncraft is fun, it's an amazing feature that allows you to say something in the chat which is readable by everyone in the entire server, this is done by using a bomb in the use menu in bombs, this is where the suggestion comes in.

So far it hasn't happened to me yet although I do see the possibility of it happening to me and others, if it hasn't happened to certain people already. I'm of course talking about the possibility of accidentally clicking one of your other bombs in your use inventory, I think a good way of solving this problem would be if a /shout command would be added, this will skip the entire hassle of going into your use inventory and needing to click on bombs to then click on a shout. It will also completely remove the possibility of accidentally clicking one of your other bombs.
