I'm editing to make them not drop instead of not despawn.

Because they aren't going to make everything perfect. If you want to stop picking up a certain type of item, you'll have to suffer a little somewhere else, like how a statue grants a lot of health, but lowers walkspeed by lot.

And I don't think you can compare gaining ~10,000hp to a simple quality of life change. What problem is there with adding this? You never actually stated.
