Add A Way To Report People On The Discord

Title. We have a literal spambot who's been chilling in #feedback for weeks (Klyphe_#1003) and we're just stuck ignoring them.

 

You can report people by either PMing a mod or making a report thread in the reports section on forums, you can report for discord over forums.

I'm in another server that has a way to "flag" messages by reacting with :warning: and it automatically tells the mods in a private channel to check that message out, smth like that would be cool tbh. Course like 2 mods ever check the discord so it'd be kinda ineffective, but still.

Does reporting someone manually using the reports section even work for discord? The few reports I've made were "taken care of" but very little changed.
