Add a mount feeder to housing

So this is a simple QoL suggestion.
Add a purchasable mount feeder to housing islands.

You still have to go to Banitsu to get a Wyvern, or the City of Too Much Fog(tm) for a dino. But this will save us all the daily schlep all the way through the Canyon of the Lost just to feed some grains.

If you want to be nice, charge a standard amount. If you want to be mean, charge a tradable silverbull share. But either way it's sorely needed. Thanks!
