Often when doing a quest, you can be teleported into a black box of void, with only dialogue. Wait, what's that? There's a cute Wybel sitting there for no reason? How about when you are talking to the black skull in A Hunter's Calling, but then a cute Wybel walks in your vision?

NONONONONONONONONONO YOU CAN’T DO THIS RUN AWAY BUT WHERE THERE’S NO PLACE TO CAN’T THINK STRAIGHT CAN’T CALM DOWN YOU HAVE TO STRUGGLE BUT IT WON’T BE ENOUGH STOP PANICKING YOU CAN’T STOP PANICKING YOU CAN'T STOP PANICKING YOU CAN'T STOP PANICKING YOU CAN'T STOP PANICKING YOU CAN'T STOP PANICKING YOU CAN'T STOP PANICKING YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T
Oh hey, a Wybel bouncing around in the Bottomless Pit? How cute.

Pets often hurt the immersion of the game. However, they deal damage, so they are good to use, and it's annoying to have to despawn and summon them over and over again.

An option to hide them would fit well as another argument for the /toggle command. They would still work as normal, dealing damage and being visible to players who have not hid pets, but you would not see them.

A cool alternative to simply having all of them completely gone when you choose to hide them would be to have them show up on your end as simply a particle trail. That way you can still know where your pet is, but it gets rid of the annoyance of not being able to click interactable items / blocks across the world when they stand in-front of you or on top of whatever you're trying to click.
