World Add a fast travel from Lutho to the Abandoned Emerald Mine

One of these greatest distances between towns is easily the silent road (Lutho to Detlas), but there is yet to be any method of shortening the distance, excluding the semi-effective Eyeball Forest to Ruined Olmic City shortcut. It would be nice if there was some sort of fast travel From Lutho to the Abandoned Emerald mine, even if it was one way. Maybe in the form of a rogue void hole that unlocks after AJF, or a one-way teleport from the light monolith to the Gate to the Expanse unlocked after A Journey Beyond or (If it were made account wide) a completion of Point of no Return, (I love this quest but it's too buggy to be worth doing 3+ times) which explains the purpose of the Monolith and is late enough into the expanse that the player will have either scrolled away or gone back the way they came a few times.

I know that with Fruma the Silent expanse isn't going to be an endgame hub anymore, but it would be nice to have a small QoL change for the activities that still take place here, and the time that you have between starting the Silent Expanse and starting Fruma is definitely not insubstantial.
