[Acolyte/EC] Shift+totem should cast totem if no existing totem present

    I play totem shatter resonance and usually hold shift while casting both totem and uproot. With the new ability I need to time it so that I start holding shift in between the totem and uproot casts, which is unnecessary and annoying. Please make it so that if there are no have active totems, shift+totem casts a totem instead of attempting (and obviously failing) to cast eldritch call.

    Edit: This seems to be already the case. The issue comes from when you try to cast a new totem while the previous the totem is in totemic shatter. In this case, the game warns "You must have active totems to cast Eldritch Call," even though the user is most likely intending to recast totem. I think that shift+totem cancel totemic shatter and recast totem when there are no active totems.
