    First off, I just want to thank the dev team. Long gone are the times where you had to grind wheat for hours just to make a single pure-black wall, since the material costs of blocks in housing no longer change as you buy more.

    That being said, I have noticed something that would be a neat implementation. Using higher quality materials to buy blocks should grant you more. Allow me to explain:

    Let's take wheat again as an example. It is used in professions, but after a brief time it becomes obsolete, replaced by higher-level materials for more xp. Housing was designed to grant these materials purpose once more. And it does. However...

    As it stands, there is no real purpose to purchase 3-star wheat grains apart from that singular craft that will grant you 10 levels. Since the quality of the material has no impact on the amount of blocks you get, why bother spending the extra emeralds? If this were to be changed, higher-quality materials would become relevant once more.
