World (50+ Supporters!) /speed Clear For The Final Time

Plus, it's fool proof. You have to type in a code (code is command in a way).

 

But it doesn't really fit into the wynncraft style like every time you do an epic escape... /speed clear

Just doesn't seem right, but yes I agree should be added

 

It could be a toggleable option then (so that if speed is disabled, you never get it from escaping). Then you only have to toggle it once.

 

wow i can't believe 2 people are against an optional, 2 minute command that would not affect them in anyway other than it existing which isn't a problem because this would improve the way wynn is played for certain people

 

I like the idea, but it shouldn't be a command. Commands break the pace of the game, you always have to open your chat, and this wouldn't be practical at all considering you use escape a lot.

I can't think of anything tho... the idea is great and easy to implement, but i feel like a command isn't the way to go

 

You don't have to use it every time you use escape, however, pretty much everything that can be sensed by the game is being used, so what should we use then?

 

I tried to think of something, but the command is the only way to go right now unfortunaly
Someone mentioned a /toggle earlier, I think that'd be also good

 

A toggle would be harder to implement but it would work too.

 

Usually archers will give you speed in cities, not generally in the wilderness so it would be pretty easy to type the command. But I could consider it, if we find an idea.

 

Maybe you could also consider the /toggle? Since it'd be useful when archers enter "parkour mode" and change it afterwards

 

as in toggleable to receive speed from archers?

 

Yeah I agree too, maybe the archer could do the spell when he / she is out of mana and it will toggle the speed?

 

It's not just for archers. Archers can give speed to other players

 

Use a spell to toggle speed when you are out of mana

 

But you only get speed from archers

 

What if an archer gives you speed

 

Wait could you sum up your suggestion? From what I understand, this toggle will countdown the speed effect, but speed will only activate when at low mana?

 

When you use an ability with not enough mana, it toggles speed.

I think that a command would't fit. Maybe a milk bucket merchant?
Because drinking milk in vanilla clears all effects.

 

Ya, milks used to do this, they aren't gonna break it again.
