    Since Assassin was locked behind VIP, and VIP+ didn't exist yet.
    When the EULA update did roll around, I automatically received the bombs, along with other new perks.

    XP bombs aren't so pay to win as they affect a whole server, and everyone benefits, and they'll especially benefit from it on DXP weekends.

    But usually, people purchase XP Bombs with the intent of using them for their benefit, too.
