Delta Stream doesn't affect how much damage Rayq does to them...they'd all still die in one hit, and I'm not sure it works like that. Delta Stream introduces a weather effect, which is ersistent...

Delta Stream overrides ALL other weather abilities. Strong winds is still active.

It's like Desolate Land/Primordial Sea. You can only overthrow it with another one. I saw a clip of primal groudon overthrowing delta stream
