    My strat is that my natural circadian rythym is something like 9-5 and the further you get from 9, the slower you move away from five so 10 might get me a six-ish and 11 pushing seven and 12 maybe 7:30ish or 6 something.
    
    On the downside, I can't stay up (or I can't stay up well), and just lie in bed for an hour or so with only my worst thoughts
